155. The civil and criminal jurisdiction of judges of the Provincial Court shall be concurrent, and shall not interfere the one with the other.
Both jurisdictions may be exercised on the same day, and the exercise of one may be suspended to allow the judge to do any act or perform any duty belonging to the other, and may be again resumed.
